Easy to read screens and quick refresh systems allow users to enquire and book times rapidly. Customisable confirmation reports can be printed and/or e-mailed to customers detailing the exact booking made. The system also handles non-facility specific items such as caddies, buggies, rackets etc where a definitive number are available for hire.
At the touch of a button the system will tell users exactly what is available for use and how much the various fees are for the required facility. Upto 50 charge items per facility can be configured, charges can vary based on both date and time. Automatic sunrise / sunset times are displayed to assist users in booking early morning or late afternoon starts.
Users can customise the display to show a tee-sheet type format or a simple list for each day. Other views include multiple facility views, 3 weeks in detail and monthly usage views. CLUB2000® Reservations has a built in ability to handle 'Classes', making it ideal for any form of group activity class, such as golf lessons, swimming classes or exercises classes.
