Back office staff need use no other applications, all control is handled via the market leading CLUB2000® Membership system. Whilst front of house staff can use the many features of the Merlin-Touch™ to monitor and enhance their performance.
The Merlin-Touch™ systems are based on the very latest 'Flash' technology, giving the system the flexibility of a PC based system but without the moving parts contained in standard hard drive technology. Built in redundancy systems mean that the Merlin-Touch™ EPoS systems continue to operate normally, even in the event of a network failure. Merlin-Touch™ is the only system that integrates to the market leading CLUB2000™ suit of applications. As of January 2007, more than 200 Uk and Irish Golf Clubs have taken delivery of the Merlin-Touch™ system since it's launch 17 months previously. The success of the Merlin-Touch™ system has been and continues to be unprecedented. Installations have averaged more 10 clubs per month since it's launch and in January 2007 a record 18 clubs had their new Merlin-Touch™ systems installed.
