Converting your software to CLUB2000®

- Does my club have to change?
Yes - Alistair will no longer develop and support DJB Software & CSI will no longer fund support for DJB Software after the end of February 2010. - Will it cost to change?
No - There will be no charge for CLUB2000® software and Club Systems will honour your DJB support contract until its expiry. - Will my data be compatible?
Yes – We have written a conversion process that will take all your current data into CLUB2000®. - Is the software CONGU Compliant?
Yes – Club Systems hold CONGU® licence number F801 and are by far the most experienced software supplier in golf today. - Will CLUB2000® work with Golf Union CDHs?
Yes – CLUB2000® is fully compatible with the current Irish CDH and now working in hundreds of English clubs too. Scottish and Welsh clubs needn’t worry either as their proposed systems will use the standard format in use in England, therefore CLUB2000 is fully ‘CDH Ready’. - What are the ongoing costs?
Club Systems’ annual support prices are very similar to DJB’s. - What about my Bar/Restaurant Till System?
Club Systems produce MerlinTouch the most widely used EPoS system in UK & Irish Golf. It fully integrates with all other CLUB2000® products. Converting is also easy and FREE in most cases. You will have to call Club Systems to check your hardware compatibility. - Is Club Systems my only choice?
Club Systems is the ONLY company working with Alistair Brown. Taking our advice is the only way to ensure a smooth, reliable conversion of your data. Our systems are the only importers which can read their current data accurately. We have no doubt you will be contacted by other companies offering similar deals but this is the only one we recommend you take up. - What about Club Systems’ support service?
CLUB2000® support is handled by their very own, dedicated support department called CSiCare. Telephone, email and remote access help is available 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Regular feature updates are issued as part of your CSiCare cover. - Will our competition results be available for our members to view on the internet?
Yes – Maybe the best thing about converting your handicaps to CLUB2000® is the FREE service HowDidiDo.com - now the largest network of golfers in Europe. It offers your members; results, handicap certificates, playing analysis and lots more, for FREE. - What if I have other questions?
