In November 2009 Club Systems International took over the funding of the DJB first line Support Department. Since then CSI has contacted all DJB customers explaining that this service would only be funded until the end of February 2010. All DJB customers have been given the opportunity to convert to the market leading CLUB2000 membership and handicapping products FREE OF CHARGE. THIS OFFER IS STILL VALID. |  |
Other companies have publicised their intention to offer support on DJB products. As yet we have not heard any further details regarding these offers. We strongly recommend that you check that any such company is able to provide such a service, what it will cost and what level of service you are likely to receive.
Club Systems' support is provided from our head office in Cheshire, it is called CSiCare.
- We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- We employ 10 full time support staff and 6 developers.
- All staff are trained in all products and have extensive knowledge of CONGU handicapping rules.
- We have 28 years experience supporting British and Irish golf clubs.
- We have held a CONGU licence since its introduction in 2004.
- Our software is fully complient with current CONGU rules, including the English Central Database of handicaps and English and Welsh Active/Inactive handicaps.
If you choose to take up an offer of support from any other company and wish to try to continue to use DJB software, this will not affect your relationship with Club Systems at all. We will still welcome you if you decide to convert at a later date. We cannot however guarantee that any data conversions will be actuate.
