By using the client side interface below, our support staff can connect to and take control of your office PC's. Only download this utility 
under supervision from our support staff. Please note that you will be able to see everything that we do on your screen and you can disconnect us at anytime.
The control session is entirely determined at your end, it only allows access for as long as you launch the program.

 | We are currently testing a new version of a remote desktop application that is more compatible with the various versions of Windows now being used. You may be asked to click on the picture to the left to help us test this new program. Only click on the link if requested to by a member of our telephone support staff. A small program will be downloaded to your computer and you will be asked for a session ID. A member of our CSiCare support team will give you that ID and you're off! |
